Meridian IA Inc. collects little information, for a small number of reasons. This page says what, why, where it goes, and how long it stays.

What I collect
When you write to me — through the contact form, by email, or through the site’s chat assistant: your name, your email address and what you write.
When you request the automation catalogue: your name and email address.
When you book a meeting: your name, email address, company name and whatever you enter in the booking form.
When you fill out the diagnostic questionnaire: your answers, which concern your business and how you work.
When you become a client: the information needed for invoicing, and the documents related to your mandate.
When you visit the site: traffic statistics through Google Analytics.
I never ask for sensitive information, and I’d ask you not to type any into the site’s chat assistant.
Why
To answer you, prepare a useful meeting, carry out a mandate and invoice it. Nothing else.
I don’t sell any information. I don’t share it with anyone for marketing purposes. I don’t add you to any mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Who else has access
I use suppliers to run these tools. Each one sees only what its role requires.
| Supplier | What it handles | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Workspace, Forms, Sheets, Analytics) | Email, questionnaire answers, statistics | United States |
| Anthropic | The text you write to the site’s assistant, and the content of emails you send me, to prepare a reply | United States |
| Cal.com | Meeting bookings | United States |
| Stripe | Invoicing and payments | United States and Ireland |
| Hostinger | Website hosting | Canada |
| n8n | Automating the sending | European Union |
Information handled outside Quebec
Several of these suppliers are located outside Quebec, mainly in the United States. Your information is therefore processed there, under legal regimes that differ from ours.
I limit what leaves: the site’s assistant receives only what you type into it, and I send it no client documents.
How long I keep it
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact and catalogue requests with no follow-up | 24 months |
| Diagnostic questionnaire answers | 24 months, or the duration of the mandate if one follows |
| Meeting bookings | 24 months |
| Documents and correspondence tied to a mandate | 7 years after the mandate ends |
| Invoicing information | 7 years, as required by tax law |
| Traffic statistics | As configured in Google Analytics |
