Meridian IA Inc. collects little information, for a small number of reasons. This page says what, why, where it goes, and how long it stays.

What I collect

When you write to me — through the contact form, by email, or through the site’s chat assistant: your name, your email address and what you write.

When you request the automation catalogue: your name and email address.

When you book a meeting: your name, email address, company name and whatever you enter in the booking form.

When you fill out the diagnostic questionnaire: your answers, which concern your business and how you work.

When you become a client: the information needed for invoicing, and the documents related to your mandate.

When you visit the site: traffic statistics through Google Analytics.

I never ask for sensitive information, and I’d ask you not to type any into the site’s chat assistant.

Why

To answer you, prepare a useful meeting, carry out a mandate and invoice it. Nothing else.

I don’t sell any information. I don’t share it with anyone for marketing purposes. I don’t add you to any mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Who else has access

I use suppliers to run these tools. Each one sees only what its role requires.

Information handled outside Quebec

Several of these suppliers are located outside Quebec, mainly in the United States. Your information is therefore processed there, under legal regimes that differ from ours.

I limit what leaves: the site’s assistant receives only what you type into it, and I send it no client documents.
